Terms of service
These terms apply when you buy women's vests and midi skirts - sherpa, polar fleece, cable knit and lace from CHRISTINE LOUISE EHNI-PETERSON through this store. By placing an order you accept them.
Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm the order by email. We may decline an order if the garment is unavailable, if the price was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud; in that case you are refunded in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of the order by our payment processor. We do not store card details.
Product information
We describe each garment from the sample we checked, including fibre content, lining, measurements and what is in the parcel. Shoulder width, length and lining are given for every vest, and waist measurement and hem depth for every skirt, taken from the sample we photographed. Small differences in colour can appear between screens and the fabric itself. The written description on the product page is the description you can rely on.
Size and fit
Sizes follow the measurement table printed on each product page. If a garment does not fit, it can be returned unworn under the return window above. We do not alter garments on request.
Care and use
Our garments are womenswear for normal personal use. Follow the care instructions supplied with the garment. We are not responsible for damage caused by washing at the wrong temperature, tumble drying, bleaching or alteration.
Intellectual property
The text, layout and images on this store belong to CHRISTINE LOUISE EHNI-PETERSON or are used with permission. You may not copy them for commercial use without our written consent.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
